SHIPPING POLICY: GLOBAL LOGISTICS PROTOCOL

The Patch Protocol is committed to the efficient and secure delivery of our transdermal delivery systems worldwide. To ensure your protocol remains uninterrupted, we utilize a tiered global logistics network designed for reliability and tracking transparency.

1. COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING PROTOCOL

We offer Complimentary Express Shipping on all orders exceeding $50 USD (or local currency equivalent). Additionally, you can purchase Insured Express Shipping for $4.95 USD which covers your order in case for lost, stolen or damaged goods that may occur with the shipping carrier. This applies to all primary delivery zones including the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES BY REGION

Domestic: USA & Canada

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days.

  • High-Volume Buffer: Due to current systemic virality and clinical demand, please allow for an additional 3–5 business days for final arrival.

International: United Kingdom, Australia, & New Zealand

  • Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days.

  • Customs Clearance: Please note that international transit times may be subject to local customs processing, which is outside of our laboratory’s control.

Rest of the World

  • Standard Delivery: 8–12 business days.

  • Availability: We ship to most international destinations; however, if your region is subject to specific trade restrictions, you will be notified during the checkout phase.

3. FULFILLMENT AND TRACKING

Laboratory Processing

All orders are processed at our fulfillment laboratory within 24–48 hours of order initiation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Secure Tracking

Once your protocol departs our facility, you will receive a secure tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to update with the most recent transit data.

4. PACKAGING AND SYSTEM INTEGRITY

To ensure your order is dispatched without delay during periods of peak demand, you may receive your patches in our Clinical Secondary Packaging. This aesthetic variation does not affect the integrity of the transdermal matrix or the bioavailability of the formula within.

5. DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES

For international orders (outside of the USA and Canada), the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • Fees: Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

  • Responsibility: These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

6. LOST OR COMPROMISED SHIPMENTS

If your tracking information indicates that your protocol has been delivered but you have not received it, or if the packaging arrives compromised, contact our support laboratory immediately at support@thepatchprotocol.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to ensure your systemic support is restored as quickly as possible.

ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS

The Patch Protocol reserves the right to adjust shipping carriers and methods to maintain our delivery standards. By initiating an order, you acknowledge these logistics protocols as part of your commitment to the system.
